Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods, opened items, or customized orders.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


Exchanges

  • If your item is eligible, we will arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
